The mighty Dolomite Passes

Once into the town of Cortina I decide to continue onwards to the wonderful holiday lake area of Misurina. I rode through here in summer and just loved the setting with the massive hotels on the water’s edge and surrounded by massive mountains. My goal was to stay in one of the hotels tonight then head off to Austria tomorrow, however that was not to be!!!

As any motorcyclist who has ridden a bike in these conditions will tell you going down is much harder than going up as if the bike decides to let go there's no stopping it on a downhill!!
