We explored Trastevere, went to the Vatican, watched the sunset at the Spanish steps, broke in an climbed a 25 meter high bamboo sculpture, went out, made delicious dinners together and I spent the whole last day with Taylor at the forum. We took advantage of the gesture and decided to ship 6 bottles of Vino Nobile home for special occasions. Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is the specialty wine from this area of Italy.
