... I had much pleasure informing her that we were on a 7.5 cycling holiday through 11 countries. That put her back a little. Breakfast done, back up to pack.

Packing was achieved by the deadline of 8:50am, so the Bride was happy. The Garmin bike computers/GPS's have been packed away as has the GoPro. That part of the tour is done with. Done, we went with the gear, several trips as we were on them 2nd floor. I retrieved the bikes that had been guarded by this huge ...

We stayed in, talked a lot, drank more prosecco... Had dessert, I had tartufo, which I didn't know was ice cream! But was really good! Then they order sambucca (?) which I don't know hat that is, but they didn't have that so we got a frothy lemon vodka shot thing... After dinner digestive, ...

... Sighs and around the canals for about half an hour. When in Venice...... The rest of the group were going over to Burano for late lunch/early dinner and some sightseeing so we came back to the hotel for a drink and a Nanna nap. Sandra and Peter were meeting up with his cousin so they headed off and Lorraine and Mark and us caught the shuttle boat back over the Guidecca canal and went out for dinner. We arrived back at the dock just in time to get the ...
