Finalmente! At the lounge. Caught 12.20 bus out to Malpensa. Took 10 minutes to walk to the Metro, catch the train and get on the express bus. So far so good. The bus drives through some awful suburbs. Challenge one. Italian chick for Qatar - and it was my fault for being in the wrong line - tried to tell me I couldn't take my 11kg hand luggage on board. Pottered about the little town of Pella near to where we are staying. Sat on wooden bench on quayside scoffing a gelato each like oldies do apparently. Delightful. From there working our way back to the channel coast over 4-5 days. All fine and jalopy holding up so far - touch wood. Love to you all again. ...

Finally, we are in the countryside. Nice to be away from the hustle & bustle of the city for a few days. We are meeting with Alessandro Francoli, business partners with Titch Hay & Michelle Cowley from Auckland. We were fortunate enough to be taken on our own guided tour of the Francoli distillery. They are Italy's largest Grappa manufacturer and they also make wine, Vodka, Opel Nera, amongst ...
