... what had happened, and was it OK to swap them over, there was quite a queue in there. A 'strategic' decision was made, that we probably didn't need to, as it was almost a straight swap, so we moved on. It was a couple of minutes later, as we stood outside a completely different shop, also with books hanging in a rack outside, that The WAG realised that this second shop was actually the one where she'd made the purchase after all! We're on our way to Italy for the next month and stopped for the night in Bellinzona in the Swiss Alps, we are only an half hours drive from Lake Lugano which we'll visit tomorrow. The first snow of the year fell last night, but I don't think anyone here gets to excited about it, as most of the hotels seem to be closed until the 4th December!

Our hotel served a wonderful breakfast buffet with the gorgeous view of the lake. The lake was cut by a glacier and is 1200 feet deep. It's a beautiful teal blue color and there are swans and ducks all around. ... mountains. Looking at the mountains with their huge houses on them undoubtedly owned by rich folk. We had a kebab for lunch and were harassed by little sparrows while eating. One of which was brave enough to go for it while it was in my hand. Cheeky *******.
