A travel blog entry by a.baker.abroad on Jun 08, 2015

We woke early in Zermatt to check out, take in one last look around the beautiful little town and jump about the famous Glacier Express train along UNESCO heritage railways to our final destination of St Moritz. We crossed breathtaking gorges and sparkling waterfalls and passed colourful fields, vineyards and chestnut groves. Many of the small towns ...

... in the sun while looking at the lake.

I found a small roadside café on a hill overlooking the lake. The expresso was good! I sat there for a while soaking up the sun, but I knew I had a lot of driving to do if I was going to make it to Pisa before dark. Still without a GPS but I had written names of cities and road numbers on a piece of paper as a reference.
