First class was booked solid for 2 days, (for window seats) so I told them I would be willing to drop to 2nd class if I could get a window seat, (a complete travesty, :)) after checking for availability she was able to find me a window seat the next day (No other country will sell you these tickets, you have to book them in Switzerland, or in the US before you leave) regardless ... ...
