Or perhaps I was too distracted taking photos of the amazing structures by the sea... and just soaking it all in in whatever solitude I find away from the crowd. The busses for Palermo are few and far between, set up for the working people, so I had a choice of 6am, 6.30am, 7am ,7.30am or 5pm! So I set my alarm for 5am and started the walk... If someone picked me up early then ...
