... you will have a smorgasbord of options to choose from.

We also had an arvo swim and were surprised how warm the water is. It's also more salty than our water in the west which made floating quite easy. Very refreshing before an evening stroll out for dinner.

Tomorrow I will be up at the crack of dawn to tackle the 'Lance climb" the Col ...

We arrived in Monaco around 11:30AM (about a 20 minute train ride from Nice) and immediately began walking in the direction of the Exotic Garden. I had been to the garden on my last trip, and thought that it would be fun to see again with Dilyara.

... was the Monte Carlo. We put a little extra effort into getting ready swapping our hiking boots for flats and actually brushing my hair. All dolled up we caught a train in. There were amazing fountains and a big silver dome thingo that reflected the city we walked in after getting out ID's checked taking in the fabulousness that was the Monte Carlo Casino. I was gambling on a backpackers budget so I had my €5 ready to splurge. A woman came up to ...

... I think there may be some wonderful photographic evidence of that meal!

After a rest back at our hotel we set off for a visit to nearby Monaco. Unfortunately we'd missed the Grand Prix by just a few days! We caught a bus there and the 8km trip took 45 minutes on the busy winding sea front road I didn't mind because it gave me time to enjoy the most amazing views and admire the most amazing sea front houses. It's a bit like the houses and area of Vaucluse ...
