... you will have a smorgasbord of options to choose from.

We also had an arvo swim and were surprised how warm the water is. It's also more salty than our water in the west which made floating quite easy. Very refreshing before an evening stroll out for dinner.

Tomorrow I will be up at the crack of dawn to tackle the 'Lance climb" the Col ...

His name was Phillippe, and he works at a climbing equipment manufacturer. He had an awesome apartment, and immediately welcomed us with cookies and cold juice. We found these goodies down a cobblestone street and then made our way back out to the beach to soak up the sunshine and the view. While there is no sand on the beach, the very smooth stones and pebbles make a very hypnotic sound when washing back and forth in the surf. It ...

... I think there may be some wonderful photographic evidence of that meal!

After a rest back at our hotel we set off for a visit to nearby Monaco. Unfortunately we'd missed the Grand Prix by just a few days! We caught a bus there and the 8km trip took 45 minutes on the busy winding sea front road I didn't mind because it gave me time to enjoy the most amazing views and admire the most amazing sea front houses. It's a bit like the houses and area of Vaucluse ...
