When we walk out I try and get a third glass off the boys but the captain is there, he try's to sell Alexis to me I didn't understand what was happening at the time as the champagne was getting to me a little. I'm beginning to find my groove here, today I headed out into the city via 6 km of beach and after a bit of a wander found myself in the historical centre of Heraklion. Since it's been almost a week I've been in Crete I thought I should probably familiarise myself with the centre so I was able to better inform guests of what was around. The city isn't overly beautiful but it has a nice charm and I find myself in a short time ...

So this morning we got the hire car, Graham driving, and headed out to the Palace of Knossos. Very interesting and parts of it are well preserved. I ended up losing the others somehow. I think it was because I was chasing a pair of boots for Juliet.
As I wandered I saw couples having to have individual photos so I offered to take them for them. Some very happy tourists.
