... or more generic. Just beautiful streets, lined with beautiful houses. Lovingly looked after by their inhabitants. You can just see and feel the pride these people have in their homes and town. No flashy signs, no billboards, no noise from traffic.
The weather was a little cold and windy but the town made up for that. Every street you walked down there was something different to see.

Quaint Kappeln

Today we toured Kappeln. Kappeln is a bigger town than Maasholm or Schleswig. There were many more shops to enjoy and many more streets to walk. A couple of neat things were the split doors where you could open then the top and leave the bottom closed. I love these doors, you can let the air in or talk to your neighbours and still keep the dog in or out. The houses were ...
