We had a lazy day in Ruggell, we all suffered a little jet lag so we just chilled a bit around the home. For dinner that night we were taken into Austria to a place called Feldkirch. We had to take our passports in case we were stopped at the border crossing. We went to a Castle in the town built over 300 years ago. The children were amazed and surprised on how cold it was. Inside was a restaurant that has been here for a very ...

We decided to have lunch before setting off again. as soon as we turned away from the lake the houses had a more alpine feel. Before long the rain changed to snow. I didn't like it so I had pasta.

The next day Barbara and Brendan took us to a hill and ...

We arrived at Einsiedeln at night time. There was a lot of snow.

We went tobogganing down a massive hill.

It was so fun with Brendan, Barbara, Riley, Zara, Mum and Dad.

We made a snowman with Barbara and Brendan on their balcony.

His name was Mr Clooney because his eyes were the clooney coffee pods.
We bought a special carrot for his nose and found some ...

      Cassons Mountain

A travel blog entry by mattquinlan on Jul 04, 2014

Today are going to walk up Cassons mountain, the mountain was taller than Mount Kosciusko. Cassons mountain was 2675 metres above sea level, Mount Kosciusko is 2228 meters above sea level. First we all walked to the shops to get a bottle of water each. There was two types of the water, fizzy or plain we got the plain but when we started to walk ping we found out it was fizzy. So we drank some and then diluted it with plain water in the city. ...
