      ... to NY as she still had unexplained pain. While the BA staff found Beavers bag in the system and booked her a hotel, someone sat with her the whole time to make sure she was OK. Then it was time to go and get some rest. Getting special security clearance I was escorted through the back of Heathrow and through the crew immigration channel to pick up my bag. Once found we wheeled it outside to the taxi queue, but no taxis in the UK it seems accept credit cards! ...

      Didn't get much of a chance to explore Vienna as we were rushed off our feet rehearsing!
