Long day of travelling today. Set off around 10. Travelled thru Belgium & the Netherlands before arriving in Germany. Only 3 stops required ('mum I need a wee, dad I need a poo, We're HUNGRY!!'). Silvana is a good friend of mine, whom I first met travelling around New Zealand a couple of years ago. We managed to keep in contact and its always great to catch up with her. We arrived in Frankfurt without any dramas and dropped the car off in the Europcar section. The guy didn't even check the car properly - he didn't notice the GPS was missing! He was going to let us sign off to say that all that was wrong was that the petrol wasn't filled up! Unfortunately we had to let him know the other issues. Then they took us up to the office ...
