... heard the word washroom used for WC... Not too far down the Autostrada from Trento is Bolzano, a nice city not far away from the Austrian border and clearly reflecting its Austrian-Hungarian history in its architecture and bilingualism (Italian and German) (barely 100 years ago thousands of Italian and Austrian died for this area). It's mandatory around here. Good night - see you in a bit. We love Bassanno del Grappa. Something like a Tuscan hill town. Something like a walled city. Beautiful. Beautiful people. Easy to walk around - we left our car at the hotel. Lots of piazzas. Lots of ...

... On ship for 5 hours stopping at all little amazing towns dropping of all the tourists at little ports on the way. Eventuality arrived at Peschiera at 7.45pm. Went straight to restaurant near our hotel feeling rather smelly and dirty but needed food and a drink first. Beautiful view looking over the lake with the moon shining over it. Had a great meal then off to hotel in the dark, had to turn on our bike lights as was really dark by now.
