We arrived to find half his family waiting to show us their holiday apartment. Very nice people so we couldn't tell them it was not quite as good as the ad made out. Found a local pub for a drink and had left over paella for ...

... I may have even managed to watch some Turkish TV or somesuch........... And, next morning, we hit the road and headed for Lake Garda. We arrived fairly early and whilst the first camp was chockers, we high-tailed it to another we'd passed nearby and got there before the other 4 vans who'd also arrived in the queue at fhe last place. Nice camp and we got a good spot just above the "gravel beach", and as it was still early, we unloaded the bikes and cycled along ...
