      A trip to the "Top of Europe"

      ... however I was soon to find out I
      was wrong.
      As i climb ever higher the path leads me through a 100 yard or so tunnel
      and onto some stairs at the far end. Here I find myself heading into some small
      tunnels with openings in the cliff edge and finally comes out behind the falling
      It was rather wet up here but with the heat of the day this was extremely
      welcome and I made sure I got rather soaked before heading back out into the hot

      ... lunch we headed out on the Arven run again before taking the Eigernordwand lift. This was Kat's first visit to this side so we took her down the rolling red run back to the Eigernordwand chair lift before heading back up. Kat was introduced to the joys of having to go through the tunnel under the railway. We then took Kat down the only black run open on this side and onto the Fallboden red run.       ... our next bottle of wine. For dinner we had a delicious sausage on a fresh bun and fries! After dinner I went for a walk in town with one of the Aussie's. It started to snow and you should have seen the look on everyone's faces as most of them haven't seen snow! Turned into a big snowball fight. Obviously the Canadians won even though there aren't many of us! Haha. Everyone was in bed by 11 as everyone is trying to get better. Tomorrow is a big travel day. Off to ...
