... like I'm at Girl Scout summer camp: Cicadas buzzing, sweating so bad I can't pull my clothes on, you really should look for spiders before sitting...and makeup? Hardly! It just slides right off!

And then there are the creatures that try to come in to cool off. Roaches, we had those in Florida. We've had a few here too. They're big, gross, and they fly. Eww, that's all I'm going to say about ...

    ... red gate...

It was such an amazing sight to behold. I am truly honored to have even been standing there today. To have had the opportunity to take cheesy photographs.

In front of the Buddha there is an incense lighting and people had put food offerings in front of the statue.

Afterwards we spent more time in the shops and I tried sweet potato and green tea ice cream. Not too bad tasting as ...

... now 'Skypable' too and so I had a short but lovely video chat her and the gorgeous Immy (who, frankly, was more interested on whatever was on the telly).

I'm writing this on Friday 9th, having meant to write up the blog last night but I fell asleep about 21.00, waking again at 00.30, just managing to regain enough consciousness to switch off the computer and fall back into bed again, where I remained until 07.30 this morning. This holiday is killing me!
