But we successfully passed this test with the help of a local garage for just 20 dollars, and a slightly embarrassing moment beforehand with the roadside assistance whose first question was 'have you checked for a spare tyre?' Obvious question, but we hadn't thought to check. Who knew? Very helpful life lesson learnt there, thank you ...

... wait til the market's right there, dude", "I just wish he would understand that I have needs too" and "Cool, so when you gonna see him again?" from businessmen, gossiping mothers and teenage girls respectively). What we ate: a perfect breakfast of porridge and eggs free in the hostel each day, bought sandwich lunches and a mix of restaurant and hostel cooked dinners. Weather: cloudy but dry the first 3 days, sunny and warm the last 2. 17 to 22 Celsius. Emma ...
