she told me she is just on her way to meet some friends in a german berivian bar . we walked what must have been at least 35 mins further than where we origionally was, to find this berivian beer house ..
this place had about three or four bars , and in each bar was a different stage of the fermenting processs ...

... bad. I am REALLY stiff from all that sitting though, and sitting seems to be the plan from now until we arrive in Lyon. I am going to love finally getting out, breathing some fresh air, and walking around the city. I was planning to get Euro at an ATM and maybe get some food, but the machine ate someone's card so I got paranoid and changed my mind. Day 5: after 4 days of running around Germany - I was exhausted! So I took an ambien Sunday night and woke up at 12:30pm on Monday! It was amazing!! After tea with Ric, I headed into downtown Wiesbaden to grab lunch and do a bit of shopping. As the Morning was gone, I wanted a quick snack - so I hit WorkBeck. So, I selected a pork, Gouda and tomato sandwich and went on my way. After finding a nice bench - I drank my water, ate my sandwich and people watched! Trust ...

... days we went to Amsterdam! Wayne drove us up there. All of us had been before, so we cobbled together a plan to walk around the city, go to the Rijksmuseum, go to the Heineken experience, and check out Vogel Park. The Heineken Experience was my favorite. They had a RIDE where you "become the beer" and they take you through the brewing process on this moving platform, like Star Tours in Disney World! Awesome.

Aboard the boat, to help with the heat, Granny treated us all to refreshments; ice-creams for the kids, cold German beer for Derek and the local specialty, effelwein (apple wine) for Granny & Sarah.
