... t move most of the time which was a good laugh.

We had a great time drinking at the hostel. Circle of death and $4 bottles of vodka are a bit volatile. The nights are pretty cold and its only going to get colder in the next couple of weeks.

Since we had such a good time with the English boys and also Don, another English guy who we originally met in BA, we decided to head with them to Mendoza. (The majority of travelers over here are English)

16th - 19th August 2009:

Booked ahead our accommodation for the first time on this trip, largely because it was a bank holiday weekend and the place was packed out, and I remember why now as the place was a bit of a hole. ... Natalia told me that someone had left me a note! I opened it up and it was from the Canadian I had met paragliding. I was shocked she even remembered where I was staying. The note was addressed to "the guy from California" and inside were directions to a remote place ouside of la Cumbre that she thought I would enjoy.
