... hill/mountain in the middle of the Island of Montreal. It took us about 45 minutes to walk there, but I had heard of a drumming circle every Sunday there, called Tam Tam, that I wanted to check out.
We found the Tam Tams at the base of the mount, at the Cartier monument. There were about 30 drummers when we first arrived, all "tam tamming" (French word for hand drums) away together. It was wonderful, loud, and organic; ...

After a few days in Toronto, we took the bus ...

I got off at Atwater and found myself in a shopping center. I worked my way up to ground level and found saint-Catherine's street it was only a few block to Bagels on Greene. I had a garlic bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. The bagel was really good, I sat outside and enjoyed while people ...

I felt guilty this morning as I was just happy to laze around in the condo. There was an amazing city out there to see but I had a headache and it was nice to be out of the saddle for once. Looking out the window looked like a Zombie Apocalypse. The place was deserted, and it was Canada Day! I was expecting carnivals and street parties everywhere.
We left for a walkabout and headed for Mount Royal. This is where we found the occupants of ...
