... a typical Canadian dish and you can not visit Montreal without eating it at least once! It consists of French fries and cheese curds covered in gravy. I know, that might not sound very appealing, and it definitely does not look very appetizing but it was absolutely delicious. ... He really riled us up as we were planning to just speak to the guy, expecting him to explain what had happened and leave it at that. We did not expect him to give us attitude and talk to us like we were idiots and to have such a flippant attitude!

... not our normal window seat, which we like for the view,
as well as the fact that you can lean against the wall to sleep. This won’t be
such a big problem on this flight as it leaves at 3.20pm, so is not really an
overnight flight.

Plane actually leaves a little early. Our seats are quite good, only a few rows
back from a TV screen (United don’t have seat-back entertainment centres) which
