    ... bucket loads & we ran for shelter. Once it cleared we walked to the fortress for views of the city through the battlements. Our " local" is called "Two Deer" & a Macedonian national restaurant. It has wonderful house specialities, beautiful wines, lovely staff & great service. The vegetables & salads are fresh & the meat dishes wonderful. We are being treated to marinated cheese & fruit platters on the house. ...

    ... back. It took some 40M. There are no dedicated bike lanes here. Back home there is a day when the garbage goes out but here much of it is placed in large bins. Less than a sprinkle of rain fell. By the time I reached the hotel, looking back behind me was a very dark sky.
