Refreshed from food and shower I strode quickly across town, past Venice and the fighting cooks/cocks. I wiggled onto the old bridge along another 1000 people, grabbed a beer from a passing seller and hopped up in the edge. It must have been the best seat in town. After the tour we walked back into town, I let Kate do the navigating so it took us a wee while to get there but we managed to find a cute little restaurant in the back allies. We ordered a Auga de Valencia a Valencian cocktail that we had found out about on our tour. Its champagne, vodka, orange juice and gin served in a carafe and its delicious.

... it was time for X Door. This is a game where you are locked in a room and you have to solve clues and riddles to escape. You have one hour starting with a hunt for hidden objects and then the solving of a bunch of clues to find four final keys to open the door. It was actually so much fun! We worked well as a team and managed to escape the room with 7.30 minutes to go! The final statistics are that only 70% of people make it out and most people need six clues during the hour whereas ...

Monday was pretty lame, I fell asleep in all of my classes and then met with my group to work on a presentation for one of my classes. Then I went home to keep working on homework, and finished a paper due the next day just in time for dinner. After dinner I went out and met up with some friends to go watch the US World Cup game against Ghana at an Irish bar.
