    ... They were right, The road was terrible, exceptionally fun to drive on, but at the same time very bumpy, rocky and at times dangerous.     ... border. It was the first weekend away from Tirana and it was a beautiful (but dangerous) drive along the mountains to the lake. Thankfully the minivan driver was safe enough and didn't allow people to smoke on the van, whereas the drive back to Tirana was with a maniac driver who halved the time to get back!
