... one on the sinking of the Lusitania called "Dead Wake" is one I think the average person would like. I directly attribute one of my bouts of depression over here to this book as I had just finished reading about the moment where it sunk. The amount of detail he is able to come up with just from reading first hand sources gives me goosebumps. Anyway, they were quick reads. Three to four hours.

Ended the day in Brehemont, after a few miles of treacherous driving, thanks SatNAv!!. Beautiful campsite, although a little oddity with the toilet paper, one roll for three toilets, you must guess what you need and take it in with you!!

Lesson learned in the pub, don’t ask for a small and a large beer, large is ½ pint, small is ...

To Mont St Michel - suggestion to others traveling like we were - familiarize yourself with road sign symbols, needed French phrases, and how to pay for parking! Finally got parked at Mont St Michel and headed for free shuttles. The new causeway is complete (I think).
