... as Mazatlan. We wandered around for quite awhile visiting the Mercado and other shops. We eventually found our way down to the waterfront. It was alive with fishermen in their pangas either coming in, going out or working on their gear. ... felt surreal.

We’re now in the tiny fishing village of San Blas and enjoying the first internet connection in a week. At first I had withdrawal systems from email and the outside world, but then really started to enjoy being almost totally disconnected. What a refreshing break! I’m afraid of what I’ll find when I check my email again.
