... Zurich, we visited a family Doug and Deborah met while trekking in Nepal in 1999. Their small village of Willerzell was already buried in snow and it continued to snow hard all day. What more could SIX boys want! (Yes, they have FOUR boys -- Elias, Ondrin, Florian and Maurus.) Watch out -- they're coming to California this summer. That made it easier to wave *hasta luego* from the train, concluding a wonderful Christmas in Switzerland.

Today we were up early and had a buffet breakfast at our hotel. The we headed out to Yungfrau.
