      ... rain as we left at 8am but before long became an absolute torrent of water which leads to the risk of aqua planing and those who know of our little mishap back in march know I was not going to be the most calm of passengers!       ... bustle of Lucerne. It is a not much to do kind of town, so we blend right in, sharing a bench by the lake with an old woman eating some ice cream.       ... a secret, but just the cooking method. The butter I added to grease the pan helped some today, it didn't stick. But a lid is used to cover and steam the potatoes, and when it's done, you just put a plate upside down on top of the potatoes, flip the pan and the potatoes fall out with a nice golden brown color. While this one didn't turn out like the picture, there was some golden-ness to it, Yay!
