... the ground is like dust and the grass has finally stopped growing. The leaves are only just starting to turn and the mountains and hills round us are splattered with bronzing bracken. ... if you wanted. There were so many religious shops selling everything religious you can think of right next to each other. There would have had to be about 100 of them in Lourdes.
