Wales and England - AMAZING. We arrived on Friday 16th October. We launched straight into sightseeing mode and went directly to the Roman Baths in Bath. What a groovy town Bath is. The next day was the Dr Who Experience in Cardiff. This probably rated as James' most favourite tourist attraction. That afternoon Paul and James went to the Semi Final of New Zealand v France. Our country v The Country we live in. The rest is history. ...

          Food Markets!

... an impressive operation in Passy, dedicated to offering the very best in produce and fine food, while quietly separating you from your Euro. The fruit and vegetables are continually misted , to enhance their freshness and appearance, with such variety of goods that defies belief. The artisan area of preserves and confectionary is hard to walk past without slipping something into your basket. It is a statement to the art of modern food retailing, yet somehow ...

... being extremely damp is home to many different
varieties of mushrooms, ferns and moss. On the way down we met up with an Adder
Snake which had just shed its skin.

The interesting part of the descent is that although it is
extremely steep and rocky, there are tracks that indicate that some maniacs
actually ride mountain bikes down these paths.

Eventually we arrived at a small group of chalets called
Gueuroz. These were probably holiday homes but a few ...

... quiet. None of the shops are open. Is it lunchtime? Ah we'll, lunch at Maccas. Clean loo, and we can guess the menu without too much difficulty. Here we are at the front of the queue, and oops, we are in a different country and they use Swiss Francs here, rather than Euros. Thank goodness for the credit card. 12.90 Swiss francs for a Big Mac. What does that equate to in NZD? Probably lots, so we would prefer ...
