Decent crowds for the show this afternoon and although it felt weird to be done at 4pm, no one was complaining...haha. A few kids dressed up in patriotic gear and the food and drinks were appreciated by all as we crowded under the cookhouse tent since it was still raining.
... from Becky when she drove there to do laundry. Not much to walk around to, so we got lunch at the supermarket and I finally went to a hair cutting salon to get a haircut. I've been cutting my own hair progressively shorter every month since the season started and it was past time to have someone clean up the cut for me. It's been so hot lately that short hair was the way to go. I'm so much happier!
We drove into Massachusetts and met our friends, Eric and Eileen, in Greenfield for dinner at their home.
