    Decided to take a train into the countryside of Tivoli. Caught the Metro to Tiburtina switched trains taking us through lovely countryside so nice to get out of the city, this second leg took 50minutes. What a lovely town this is, walked to Piazza Garibaldi with fountains had a coffee, next to Villa D'Este built by the Cardinal Ippoliot II D'Este with its beautiful gardens & many fountains. The situation high above the town of Frascati is fabulous, looking right out over the town and Roman plain with The Vatican and St Peter's dome on the horizon.     ... she is super confident, loves to dance, chew ice, politics, and cats. So I basically got to run around at the on campus "Halloween party" being her. After that all winded down we pretty much all headed back to our rooms to pack. We leave around 5am tomorrow morning for our northern Italy trip, first stop: Assisi.
