Cruising the Canals

A travel blog entry by abbey.voyce

We certainly managed to see a lot of the sights during our three days in Amsterdam . After a quick freshen up after the long haul flight from Singapore we set off to take a 1 1/2 hr canal cruise through the canals of Amsterdam. This was my 2nd time here and the first time for Mum and it was a great way to start off our visit and get our bearings. ... I went to the Eshler Museum and was completely blown away. This Eshler dude is cool and and excellent artist! We sat with a Canadian couple (Jackie and Arden) over dinner and a lovely chat with them. We continued our conversation back in their cabin with a night cap.
