          ... We saw a female gondolier and a police boat tonight! The first police we have seen since arriving.
          The mosquitoes rival those in Alaska, huge.
          There are 16 hours of daylight here.
          i will try to upload photos. If the grammar is poor, my excuse is that I am in a hurry. Just figure it out on your own.
          So many pictures are taken of the houseboat that Ed says we will be in vacation photos around the world.

          We also went to the Kuekenhof Gardens, noted for their incredible display of tulips – except we got there a few weeks too late and saw a lot of headless tulips. All the visitors, including us, huddled around the few stands of remaining flowers for photos.
