Today there is little to report of interest to a travel blog. I picked up some food at a nearby supermarket and then worked all day, casting an occasional gaze outside at the beautiful vineyards all around. This is some of the best wine country in the world. This morning I worked several hours in the hotel room, then at 10:00 walked over to the chateau to have a look. I got behind a family group from the Netherlands and had to wait while they negotiated the ticket counter.

... it! It was so large and busy, that we couldn't be bothered with it and only came out with a box of beer and a bottle of wine. We then decided to go to IKEA, where we thought we could find our toaster, jug and towels. Towels = success! Toaster and Jug = fail! We spent about an hour walking around IKEA trying to find a toaster! Not one in sight! So final destination, another mall ...

... paneer I've ever ever had! (Even better than my 'best-palak-paneer-ever from Edinburgh!) It was amazing! Everyone was totally blissing over the food, and we created another convert to Indian food in Amy! We were chatting to the waiters, who told us the chef is actually Pakistani and they were both Sri Lankan, and they showed us around the place, and showed us their downstairs section and even their wine cellar! They even gave us a free espresso each! Such nice people! ...
