After that, they took us to the bus stand, booked our overnight bus tickets, and even gave us the last sleeper berth available, while they took the seats. They helped me to find a public toilet. All I could do in exchange was buy them a few chocolate bars. We had a three hour wait on the middle of the street for our 9.30pm bus but it was made enjoyable by chatting with these two guys. But that’s India for you – ...

Now, frankly, I'm a little worried about how awkward things might get the next time I visit the auction mart.
