... We had the famous Chicken soup (you get a plate of extras to throw in as you choose) and Mexican eggs. Really tasty and the place was dirt cheap. Then we walked back along the beach.. about half an hour. Back to laying on the beach. Yesterday I got a wee bit too much sun so I tended to stay under the umbrella. I-yi-yi Hot Hot Hot I was really excited for today because today was going to be the day we actually did what I like to do on vacation the most – swim, snorkel, get in the water!! I am a bit of a water baby and hubby had never snorkeled in the ocean before! After much back and forth thoughts about what we were going to do today, hubby and I decided to do the Carnival Sail ...

... Check. Dolphin watching - Check.

Now that we had gotten whale and dolphin watching out of the way while sitting around and doing nothing (which we are very good at) we started our next order of business - getting our drink on. And the perfect drink to compliment a warm, sunny, whale watching day?? Pina Colada of course!

The service here is spectacular and even better is that I'm getting ...
