    Our holiday kicked off once we had both arrived in San Francisco. How exactly we got there, and the comfort experienced within business class, is probably best left for other conversations to avoid unparalleled levels of jealousy (you better believe there was some jealousy ;) ). Of course, no holiday can truly start without an obligatory selfie, hence one is included for the sake of completion.
