... with the Alps surrounding us and the beautiful coastline. Then, a 15 minute hike from the waterfront at Weggis to take a cable car up to the halfway point of the mountain - this was thrilling as well! And then the train up past the snow line to the very windy and cold cloud covered peak!! Very fun.

Several hours later, we went back down to Weggis and caught another boat back to Lucerne where we began our routine pack-up and prep to move on to Zurich the next day.

It was a quieter night ready for Paris the next day.

They also has a summit park on the top where we briefly participated in tobogganing and snow tubing that reminded me of Mount Selwyn back in Oz. Being the accident prone deuce bag I am, I came a tumble off the sled after trying to get too much speed, I corked my calf felt sick and wanted to get off the ...

... was really not much to see besides fog. We had a snow fight!

Whilst it was unfortunate that the weather didn't clear for us, you know what. We made the most of it anyway. We can't always count on everything to go as smoothly as we want. The weather will do what it wants and at the end of the day, we were in Switzerland making new friends! I would rather experience Switzerland at its worst than not experience it at all. I was fortunate enough ...
