Sure enough I turned and soon found myself heading North on the motorway for the next 20km or so.

Soon off the fast flowing motorway I find myself on an extremely narrow road and heading upwards into the mountains. I pass a welcome sign saying pass open and so I continue.

The satnav takes me through all kinds of strange weird and wonderful towns. In one town its telling me to turn right but as I follow the road there does not ...

We made record time getting down - and found the cable car just waiting for us. Raining rather hard by this time . .. And - she is never afraid to make people move here or there or look one way or the other! And so we felt like Jansie was ...

Then the next day we visited the most touristic place in the area called "Tre Cime" this rock formation is 3 huge pipes sticking vertically up almost scratching the sky. One can walk around them there are "refugio" houses where one can get a place to overnight and get warm food and so. However this morning was ans well cloudy and our walk was not starting with the best views. On can park the car at ...

Today we spent the day in the Dolomites (a beautiful mountain range in the Italian Alps). It was fun. We end up waking up one of the smaller mountains and finding some lakes. I took a lot of wonderful photos of the amazing scenery here. Our accommodation has been fantastic too. There is a really homely feel about the place we are staying. I really love it. I don't know what it is exactly but the place just has ...
