What a beautiful country!
Mountains, and more mountains, and wood and trees, and so much beauty all around. We walked around one of the villages that had been restored totally to the Baroque style of architecture.

Slovaks become part of Hungary for 1000 years.
1918 Czechoslovakia, country created where the Czechs and Slovaks joined up to break free from Hungary. The USA played a leading role in putting these two kingdoms together.

Used to be Poland's capital city, Krakow has undergone large changes ever since its early Stone Age settlement. It is now one of Poland's biggest cities and a powerful economic hub.
