... can be something else ........ I think we were in there for about an hour. There were only 2 people serving (and one of them stopped serving just when we got to the front of the queue!!!). We had been warned about the Spanish postal service. Finally, after some pointing and hand waving with some bad Spanish from us and some broken English from the guy serving us (who was very friendly and helpful) we had our stuff ...

We slathered ourselves with tons of SPF 60 sun screen and still managed to get tans and little splotches of burnt skin wherever we missed putting sun screen (Neil's armpits and knees, for example!) Well we made a good decision to do the hop on hop off bus yesterday as it is raining today in Barcelona. Rors and I stay home as Rocket is off to do the Camp Nou tour. He has written the address down on a piece of paper and is hopeful he can translate this in case he gets lost.
Off he goes heading to Camp Nou by the metro. Rory and I wish him luck. We do hope we will see him again.
      Well it ...

... sweetest strawberries I have ever had and successfully navigated myself to the pastisseria. I returned to La Rambla and ate my xixo opposite the Gran Teatro de Liceu. It was like a sugar covered doughnut with a bit of custard inside. Yum! I walked all the way to the docks at the end of La Rambla and ventured past a few lovely squares before I went to see Santa Maria del Mar. There was a great 360 degree view of the city from the roof and the tour guide gave ...
