... a certain charm of casual outdoor dining and living. Bicycles abound, and Barcelona certainly welcomes tourists, shopping, and alternate lifestyles. Rubbish is all over the streets and many streets remind us of Arab or Turkish unfinished or poorly maintained suburbs. Spain was a powerful and grand country once but it's decline is almost ...

We went through Battlo just on dusk so sunset on rooftop, seeing the spines of dragon, amazing chimneys. Went to la pedera which is ...

... Spanish way, but the time did give us a chance to make friends with an Australian couple and 2 Americans. The paella was delicious and had fresh prawns, squid and calamari tossed through it, served with a slice of lemon. I ate my serving and then some. We all got on a train to the bar, where Issy was given a free drink card upon ...

He was run over by a tram when he had stepped backwards into to its path to admire his work! When we stepped inside the church, I was amazed by the size, lightness and beauty of the one word, it was awesome. The spectacular stained glass windows were made using Murano glass from Venice. Tall columns made from different materials ...

... I had a great day filled with many adventures, but I am definitely glad to be back resting. Tomorrow's plans are a bit uncertain. I will just have to see what falls in my lap, but I better make good use of my day as it is my last here. I fly out very early to Rome on Thursday. I appreciate the continued prayers, and please remember the Sisters here at the Colegio. They have been so kind and have put up with my terrible Spanish speaking abilities. Love you and miss you all.
