Originally designed to be an upscale housing development in the early 20th century, the park has now become a beautiful retreat from the city with incredible views of Barcelona and the Mediterranean Sea. If it wasn't such a tourist trap, ...

... and groups of friends enjoying the day. The only sign of the protesters is the litter with their messages and sadly that is scattered all around the city, perhaps someone should arrange a protest to protest about the other protesters littering ;).

Now we go totally off plan and we walk all the way through the park looking greedily at the picnics going on all around us. Yes we know we have only just eaten, it is just we have an extremely healthy interest ...
