A big hello from the Czech Republic! We crossed the border on our ride from Bad Schandau this morning.

Another early start, this time due to the early morning light not being blocked out by the flimsy curtains. Will put that in my appraisal of the accommodation! The photos were heavily photoshopped! Not to worry. We reversed the order of our plans for the day. Packed and then loaded up the bikes before heading into the village centre ...

The rocks were awesome! Frickin huge in fact. ...

Stood applying it in the street, there was no embarrassment by this point as I had ...

... descent before. I had my brakes on the whole way down, and we only averaged 22 kph for a very long and steep descent. I could not see through my sunglasses so had to rely on poor normal vision. Not a good combo in a thunderstorm. I've never been so happy to safely reach a town and see Sue and Annabelle :) But in hindsight there is only one word for the ride - EPIC !!!! Dinner was whatever was in the cupboard and we enjoyed games and drinks as the washing was ...

... more mild weather has made the coach journey far more comfortable than before, the previous ones have been more reminiscent of a Turkish sauna! After arriving at the services, it was apparent from the off that despite being in Germany for a well rounded cultural experience, the obvious choice for lunch for the student masses was Burger King. The remaining journey into Dresden is professed to ...
