... decoration were superb. Anyway, we made our way through the fountained square to the Ancient Greek theatre built in the 3rd century BC. Still very intact enough for Elton John to perform there last year. After the best coffee we have had for nearly 3 weeks and a bit of wifi, time to head off for another hour to the slopes of Mt.Etna. A convoy of 50 seater coaches somehow negotiating narrow , winding roads through smaller and smaller villages. Civilisation abruptly ends above the line of destruction of the 1987 eruption. We drove for another 45 minutes through a bizarre ...

... 8364;8, bargain and delicious, I had spaghetti and clams. Afternoon siesta as shops are closed from 1pm to 5pm. Bought some items for dinner in our room. A great day. 12.11.14 Cefalu Sicily. Good nights sleep and a nice breakfast. Headed into the old town for some shopping and look around, had a coffee in the Piazza where a couple of tours came through. We spoke to a couple of tourists who said they were on a tour from the Queen Mary 2, Cunard cruise berthed in Palermo. We ...
