... season biking holiday!

Our overnight stop is in just such a bay, in the Hotel Lux in Jablanac. Happily only one motorhome in sight! It turns out to be a great choice - pretty little bay with just enough custom to make it lively without being overwhelming. Mein host comes out to greet us but sadly without the free welcoming beer! The rain has stopped and it's been a warm and sunny day. It's a "rest day" today with no planned riding, so I explored the local area on foot, including the nearby village of Veli Losinj and the town 4km away of Mali Losinj. A fab sail up the 17 miles with the wind just dieing as we pulled into Punat to have a look around before going of to Krk main town for the evening. A great safe bay with monastry and marina , worth noting for return trip!
