The taxi ride to the airport was interesting the driver taught me some Spanish and showed us the sights along the way and described the train as 'boooop booooop' with the hand gesture as if he was on a steam train he even shook Chris's hand when we left! The jamon has whet my appetite though, so it's back on the street, in search of somewhere to eat. I brave a tapas bar near the apartment. More poor Catalan gets me an assortment of 5 tapas and a glass of red for under 8 Euro, then it's home, where the hosts are nowhere to be seen. I hope I sleep, I hear this jetlag thing has knobs on it.
