(So funny we went to Japan and toured a Chinese garden lol) Most of the flower shops on our search list was closed except for a small shop that was just across the street from APA hotel. There was one shop that provided floral arrangement specially for weddings but erm..the bouquets or posies were not my style as the colours were too vibrant for me..       ... like "si-AH!" (Meaning die-AH in hokkien) haha! After the parade, we roamed around the market streets in Kokusai.. Bought freshly sliced bonito flakes! Bought some local products, and even visited the wet market and ate sashimi and more bittergourd (Goya) on the second floor of the wet market.       ... and their spoken English are actually quite good and very comprehensible!! Most people here are also very polite and well-mannered (seldom spot anyone speaking loudly and roughly or making a ruckus in a big group unlike what we usually see in SG!). There was a local here who actually wanted to get cigarettes at duty-free shop and even asked us politely to help her buy! Toilets are as clean as sg's and people queue for their turn! ...
