Monday was time to say good-bye. As I wanted to avoid the motorways, I "immerse" myself into the chaotic traffic averaging 40km/h all the way to Monaco. From there, I reluctantly took the motorway to Alassio (Italy) for an overnight ...

... 12kms down the motorway and pay a toll to boot and then have to turn around and have to drive back down the other side and pay the toll again. I'm a slow learner!
We came back home, I watched the Wimpleton (Queensland spelling) gentlemen's final on the telly then had some aperetifs with some of those deli items I bought at the market - oh, and some nice red I bought at the local cave vin the other day.
