... rusty, especially with my listening/comprehension skills - everyone speaks so quickly! - but I've been able to make myself understood all day, at grocery stores and patisseries and train stations alike. I'm looking forward to improving, and especially to my ears catching up with my mouth.

Rob went round to fix Suzy's tire first thing and make sure she was good to go again. We packed and jammed and weighed for a few hours. Then took off to the train at Bare.
