Looking at the tourist information books, I think that my little 41/2 hour walk visited a good chunk of the tourist sites, maybe a quarter of them. My favourites were the Plaza Mayor, which incorporated the Puerto del Sol and was where I took a photo of the Bear and the strawberry tree (that's what the book says, I ...

Our flight to Madrid is not until 6:45pm so we get to spend another fun filled day in Swindle-Land. No need to be up early so we don`t have breakfast until about 8:00am. We get the tram into the city and have decided to ride some of the city cycles around town. The bikes are actually free for the first four hours and then only cost 2 Francs per hour after that.
The bikes are very heavy and have internal Shimano gears (6 Speed). They also have a generater in the front hub so you ...

... this happened, let alone that Juani and Antonio were connected to it. How cool!
Juani also served us a different dessert. Instead of our usually platter of fruit, she brought out Torrija. Torrija is a spanish desert usually eaten during Semana Santa, or holy week. It looks kind of like french toast. It is a slice of bread with cinnamon, sugar, and other goodies loaded on it. The bread is moist, and the only other way I can describe it is delicious!
